The Flagler College Theatre Arts department presents the play, Decision Height, which tells the story of female pilots during World War II -- their  struggles, achievements, and the lasting friendships they formed.

Written by Meredith Dayna Levy and directed by Elaina Wahl-Temple, Decision Height won the Best Full Length Play of 2013 in Region IV of the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.

The play is based on the story of six Women's Air Force Service Pilots who flew aircraft during World War II. By performing such duties as transporting planes and serving as targets for live ammunition training, the women helped to free up male pilots for combat. Their contributions to the war effort have gone largely unrecognized before now, and this play shines a light on the sacrifices they made, as well as on the deep bonds they formed during this crucial time in history.
