The Flagler College Community Lecture Series continues with Professor Tracey Eaton as he presents "Cuba: A New Dawn?" Eaton will explore the history of Cuba as well as its potential for the future. This Lecture Series focuses on the themes of "Exploration: Passions, Implications, and Reflections."

Tracey Eaton earned his Bachelor's degree in political science from Rutgers University and Master's degree in Journalism from Temple University. Professor Eaton has been a journalist and photographer since 1983, and writes for several publications, including Miami-based CubaNews and Madrid-based Cubaencuentro.

The Flagler College Community Lecture Series began in 2007 to offer the St. Augustine community an opportunity to explore topics covering arts, religion, politics, culture, history, economics and more with experts on the Flagler College faculty. Lectures take place monthly, last approximately one hour, and are followed by a coffee and pastry reception

Admission: $5 per lecture or $15 for four lectures. Reservations are not required, but space is limited. Call 904-826-8617 for reservations or more information.
