Jefferson Starship

In celebration of the 50th anniversary of Jefferson Airplane and the San Francisco Sound, Jefferson Starship will perform at the Ponte Vedra Concert Hall on Saturday, April 25, 2015. Jefferson Starship is descended from the original Jefferson Airplane band, which performed at Monterey and Woodstock and shared the stage with Grateful Dead and Janis Joplin during its heyday.

Jefferson Airplane founder Paul Kantner and David Freiber created Jefferson Starship to continue playing the amazing repertoire of hits that Jefferson Airplane— music that helped define a generation with their outspoken stance on civil rights and anti-war activism.

Jefferson Starship features lead singer Cathy Richardson, with long-time members Donny Baldwin on drums, Chris Smith on keyboards and bass, and Jude Gold on guitar. Some of the iconic hits the band performs are "Somebody To Love," "Jane," "White Rabbit," "Wooden Ships," and "Crown of Creation."

Admission: VIP/Golden Circle tickets (first 5 rows) are $100 and include a limited edition poster. Tickets for all remaining rows are $45.00.

When? Saturday, April 25, 2015, at 8:00 p.m. (gates open at 7:00 p.m.)

Where? The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall located at 1050 North Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082.

Parking Information: Parking will be available onsite. There will be a $5 parking fee for ticketed events and for free events parking will also be free. For events not produced by the St. Johns County Cultural Events Division, parking fees will be at the discretion of the event producer.
