On Sunday, October 26, 2014, Ripple Effect Ecotours will lead a special kayak adventure on Pellicer Creek beginning at Faver-Dykes State Park. The tour departs from beneath the canopy of the Faver-Dykes' hardwood hammock and continues along the pristine waters of Pellicer Creek through the protected habitat of the Guana Tolomato Matanzas Estuarian Research Preserve.

With a Master Naturalist as guide, kayakers learn about the ecosystem as they share the river with dolphins, sea turtles, eagles, egrets, and river otters.

Admission: $55 for adults and $45 for children aged 15 or under. Admission to Faver-Dykes State Park is included in this fee. Kayaks and all equipment are provided.

When? From 11:00 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 26, 2014.

Where? Faver-Dykes State Park is located at 1000 Faver-Dykes Road in St. Augustine.
