Soulshine Tour

The Soulshine Tour comes to the St. Augustine Amphitheater. This event connects the daytime with the nighttime, as renowned yoga instructors perform classes during the day before the evening concert. This experience is the first ever event to combine music, yoga, sustainable lifestyle tips, and dj's all in one tour!

Each concert will begin with a mass yoga session and acoustic music jam with Michael Franti. The St. Augustine stop will feature Ryan Leier as the yoga instructor. Ryan is primarily a student of the Krishamacharya yoga lineage having received teachings from the Master, Sri BKS lyengar and the Ashtanga Guru, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Performers SOJA, Brett Dennen and Trevor Hall will be joining the North American Tour and will feature Michael Franti & Spearhead as well!

Michael Franti & Spearhead have sold over 2.5 million singles of their hit song, "Say Hey (I Love You" and have charted in Billboards Top 40. Franti and Spearhead released the acclaimed album, All People last year and have been touring ever since.

SOJA is the popular, world-touring band that over just the past couple of years have sold more than 200,000 albums, including their critically-acclaimed 2012 album, Strength to Survive. SOJA has sold our large theaters in over 20 countries around the world, and draws fans from a large international fan base.

Brett Dennen is one of Northern California's strongest folk-pop singers. His latest album is his best yet, Smoke and Mirrors, led by the cheery and upbeat single, "Wild Child." Dennen was named by Rolling Stone magazine as an "Artist to Watch."

Trevor Hall is an up-and-coming artist from South Carolina who at the beginning of his career had a song recorded on the Shrek the Third soundtrack. Hall has also toured with artists like Steel Pulse, The Wailers, Jimmy Cliff, Matisyahu, and more. Hall was named one of the twenty emerging artists of 2010 by MTV, and in 2012 CBS used his hit song "Brand New Day", as the promo for their CBS This Morning show.

All the artists and participants in the Soulshine Tour come together to present an event that embraces  passions and love of music, dance, yoga and sustainability. Soulshine will be affordably priced, offering activities to keep people of all ages entertained throughout the day and night. Enjoy a fun-filled day and night of music, yoga, and the chance to explore a mindful approach to life through sustainability.

Where? St. Augustine Amphitheatre located at 1340 A1A South St. Augustine, FL 32080

When? Wednesday, July 30, 2014 at 7 p.m. Gates open at 6 p.m.

Parking Information: The St. Augustine Amphitheatre is located on Anastasia Island next to Anastasia State Park and Recreation Area. There is very limited on-site parking so visitors must utilize accessible satellite parking facilities. Each satellite parking area is located within 1 mile of the Amphitheatre. Satellite Parking Lots are located behind RB Hunt Elementary, at RB Hunt Elementary and the Elks Lodge.

Shuttle Information: The St. Augustine Amphitheatre Shuttle system begins its run one and half hours prior to show time. The Shuttle will pick up event patrons at two designated shuttle stops & the soccer field behind RB Hunt Elementary School. Shuttles will run continuously until approximately one hour after the scheduled start time of a concert.
