Award-winning blues guitarist Tab Benoit returns to Ponte Vedra Concert Hall to perform a live concert.

The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall presents award-winning blues guitarist Tab Benoit in a live concert on Saturday, April 16, 2022.

A Louisiana native, Benoit began playing guitar as a teenager at the Baton Rouge music club, the Blues Box. He has been nominated for Grammy awards three times and has won the "Contemporary Male" Blues Music Award five times. His first album, Nice and Warm, was released in 1993. After that, he collaborated with Louisiana's LeRoux on Brother to the Blues (2006), Power of the Pontchartrain (2007), and the live album Night Train to Nashville (2008).

In addition to being known for his "Bayou Blues" sound, Benoit works as a conservation advocate for his beloved home state. In 2003, he started the conservation organization, Voice of the Wetlands, and he was featured in the IMAX film Hurricane Bayou, a documentary that focuses on the long-term effects of Hurricane Katrina and the urgency of restoring the wetlands.

Admission: Ticket are $40.50 to $62.50

When:7:30 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2022. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Where: The Ponte Vedra Concert Hall located at 1050 A1A North Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082.

Parking Information: Parking will be available onsite. There will be a $5 parking fee for ticketed events and for free events parking will also be free. For events not produced by the St. Johns County Cultural Events Division, parking fees will be at the discretion of the event producer.
