Twelve Mile Swamp Conservation Area

The St. Johns River Water Management District manages the Twelve Mile Swamp Conservation Area. It contains large swamps, a pine forest, and small cypress domes.
Known for its waterways and flora, visitors will also spot white-tailed deer, songbirds, foxes, and a variety of snakes.
