Walk through actual Cracker homes transported from Florida frontiers and plantations. Browse hundreds of true-blue products in the old mercantile. Ride horses, pick vegetables, and see Cracker cows descended from the Spanish free-range herds. Hear stories, and learn how sugar cane becomes molasses. When it's time to go, pick up a bar of home-made soap for a souvenir.
