The SAiRA Food and Wine Festival is hosted annually by the St. Augustine Independent Restaurant Association to raise funds for THE PLAYERS Championship Boys & Girls Club in St. Augustine.

Due to precautions still in place regarding COVID-19, the format of this event has been changed for 2020. This year, SAiRA is offering an alternative, more intimate event, called Mystery Wine and Dine, that will allow small groups of people to reserve individual tables at one of four participating SAiRA restaurants on Thursday, October 29, 2020.

Guests can gather with friends at the restaurant (see list below) of their choice to enjoy a five-course tasting menu with unique wine pairings, with a wine expert on hand to explain the nuances of each tasting. The "mystery" can be found in the unique experience and cuisine that each of the restaurants offer. Guests will purchase an entire table, and no one who isn't registered in that group will be seated at that table. Here are the four participating restaurants:

No individual tickets will be sold for this event, but tables may be reserved here.

SAiRA's Mystery Wine & Dine event will include an online silent auction where guests may bid on vintage wines, chef-prepared private dinners, dining gift certificates, and more. For more information about this event, please visit here.

The annual SAiRA Restaurant Week is cancelled for 2020.

Admission: Donations range from $600 to $1500 to reserve a table, with several other sponsorship packages available as well. Visit here to choose a package.

About the St. Augustine Independent Restaurant Association

Over a dozen established, independently owned restaurateurs recognized the opportunity to collaborate and join together to promote the impact of "dining locally." St. Augustine's Independent Restaurant Association, better known as SAiRA, was born in 2007, into a heavily competitive marketplace. The mission of SAiRA is to encourage, support, and enhance the visibility for independently owned businesses and continually advance St. Augustine's unique culinary and cultural diversity. The desire to keep funds local and working in our community extends to the group's passion to collectively give back. Visit here for more information about SAiRA.
